Artemisia Resort S.a.s. provides to the data processing respecting the privacy laws of EU Regulations n. 679/2016 regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
In accordance to the clauses 13 and 14 of such Regulation below are shown the information about the identifying data of the data controller and the controller for processing the data relating to the contracts and supply of services.
the data controller is Artemisia Resort, S.a.s., with legal base in Via Plebiscito, 48, 97100, Ragusa (RG).
The controller for processing the data is Cappuzzello Federico, as legal representative of the company.

Type of data processed
The supplied and processed data from Artemisia Resort S.a.s concern personal and sensitive data.

Purpose of processing of personal data
We would like to inform that your personal data, supplied directly by the person concerned and recorded through the compilation of paper form, are processed only with the purpose to define contractual relationship or to provide the requested services of the customer.

Modalities of the processing and accessing data
The collected data through the subscription of standard form in analogue format are processed in paper form, both IT and telematics tools and they will be processed in aggregate form for statistical purposes and to verify the standards of the quality services of assistance and maintenance services, excluding in this case the processing of identifying data.
The collected data through the compilation of online form are processed in electronic form and through management information systems.
The data are processed by the persons in charge, who are adequately trained about their tasks and the activities allowed to them about the collected data by means of by means of a letter of appointment.

The controller for processing the data will process the data for the purposes abovementioned pursuing their legitimate interests which they do not prevail on the interests or the rights of the freedoms of the person concerned.

Scope of communication and possible circulation

We inform that the data relating to the contract and the activity of the service will be reported to the police station of Ragusa for legal requirements and to the Turistat del Libero Consorzio Comunale di Ragusa for statistical reporting obligation and they can be reported to sales consultants with administrative and accounting purpose and legal purpose for possible controversies.

Besides, we inform that data can be also reported to the law enforcement agencies for
the assessments or prosecution of offences purposes made by the user of services, if necessary.

Preservation and cancellation of personal data

Artemisia Software S.a.s. will save the data of the persons concerned in a form that allows the identification of these persons concerned for a period not exceeding to the achievement of the purposes for which data have been collected; for this reason data will be saved until the existing contractual relationship and in any case for 10 years from the end of the contract.
After this period Artemisia Resort S.a.s will supply to delete data of persons concerned.

The person concerned are entitled to request, any time, the modification of the structures regulated from this report through the exercise of the rights in the following paragraph.

DATA SUBJECTS' RIGHTS
The person concerned can exercise the rights referred to clauses 16 (Right of rectification), 17 (right of cancellation), 18 (right of restriction of processing), 19 (right to obtain the notification from the controller if data are rectified or deleted), 20 (right of portability), 21 (right of object) and 22 (right to refuse the automated process) of the European Regulation 679/16.
We inform that the exercise of the rights of the person concerned from the above clauses, such as the right of cancellation or objection, are connected to the tax legislation.
